  • Delays & Customs: Shipments typically take 3-6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and include tracking. We are not responsible for customs delays or carrier delays.
  • Taxes and Duties: All local import duties, taxes, or custom fees are the buyer's responsibility. We do not accept or refund packages that are refused due to customs charges.
8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
