Thank you for shopping at Jossie Opals. We ship our products internationally using premium, trackable carriers to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely.
1. SHIPPING METHOD AND RATES
- Our Carriers: We ship all orders using UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a single flat shipping rate per check-out. You can add as many items to your cart as you want without paying extra shipping fees.
- Carrier Selection: We choose the best carrier for your address. At this time, we cannot accept requests for a specific carrier.
2. DELIVERY TIME
- Estimated Time: Shipments typically take 3 to 6 business days to arrive.
- Business Days Only: Delivery times refer to business days only (Monday through Friday). This excludes weekends and national holidays.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your package ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package online every step of the way.
- Delays: We work hard to ensure fast delivery. However, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or international customs delays once the package leaves our facility.
3. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS
To ensure your package arrives safely, please note the following rules:
- No PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. You must provide a physical street address.
- No Remote Locations: We cannot ship to remote areas that are difficult for standard delivery vehicles to reach. This includes rural locations, isolated islands, or areas with limited road access.
- Phone Number and Email Address Required: You must provide a valid phone number and email address at check-out. The shipping carrier requires this to contact you for delivery.
4. DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS FEES
When you buy goods from an international store, you are considered the importer of the goods.
- Buyer Responsibility: Your shipment may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs fees, or shipping brokerage fees. All of these charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- No Estimates: We do not collect duties or taxes for your country at check-out. We have no way of estimating what your local customs fees will be. Every country has different import rules.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse to accept a package because of local customs fees or taxes, the package will be returned to us. We do not accept or refund returned shipments that are refused due to customs charges.
